Excellent Product
Recommended for: wavy hair, dry hair, color treated, curly hair
This product is amazing. I used it after washing my hair and i let it air dry. The results were soft, and very shiny. I only used it one time so far, so i haven't noticed if it will cure the split ends yet. I will continue using this product

The tresemme split remedy spray leave in conditioner was my first product i tried from this line. I have to say it is absolutely AMAZING!!! I never thought that my split ends could be gone so fast! It truly worked within a week for me. After i finished the bottle i went back and got both serums and i plan to never have split ends again! Thank you so much! You guys really outdid yourselves this time!

Good product.....however.....

I really love this product. The fragrance is wonderful and it does seem to be helping with my split ends. The only complaint I have is I wish it came out of the bottle as more of a mist than a squirt. A mist would be better for covering all my hair. The way it is now, it is hard to control where you want the spray to go.

Great Product

I love this product so far. I've been using it for a week now. It does leave your hair crunchy if you put too much in . . so be careful of that. I apply it sparingly and it's just fine. This isn't meant to replace your heat protectant, though .. so PLEASE use that as well. Split ends can't be prevented if you never use heat protectant.
My hair also feels super soft and fresh like a fresh cut ( as the description suggests)

Works well
Recommended for: damage repair, straight hair, all hair types, curly hair
It works well, smells good and doesn't five an overall greasy look. I'd recommend only spraying it towards the end though, considering that's where the split ends are. I have wavy/curly hair and i used to straighten it every day, which destroyed it and ruined the beautiful length i had(lost about 4 inches:( ) but i'm hoping this will prevent it from further damage and so far i like it.

Not Good
Ok so I was going to try this then I saw a video where this girl was going to curl her hair after using the split remedy and her hair BURNT OFF! she went from hair down to her collar bone to hair that was about two and a half inches long......soooooo ya I dont think that I'll be using that anytime soon I like my hair :)

I like it!

I've read a lot of bad reviews for this, and I have to partially agree with what I've read. When I put this in my hair when its curly and dry, it does make my hair feel a little crunchy. But in its defense, ALL such products leave my hair like that when I put products in my hair while its dry and unstyled.
However I do like it. I dont like straightening my hair everyday, and I shower every other night. Somedays I wake up and my hair is still pretty straight from yesterday, so I brush it and spray this in, comb it through out my hair and I'm rocking second day hair!!!!!

Leaves your hair crunchy
Recommended for: volume, straight hair
I really like most Tresemme products that I have tried, but this one is disappointing. The spray formula is very thick and the bottle it comes in cannot spray it out so that it's not just a stream to your head. The areas that get too much of the product become crunchy-feeling once your hair is dry. I tried dumping it into my hands, applying throughout my hair and combing through - same results of being crunchy. Also, I tried putting the product in a travel size container of mine that has a nice, fine spray, but still the formula is too gunky and thick, and even that bottle couldn't make it spray out.
It's too bad because I think the product formula might be ok otherwise, in terms of benefits it is trying to provide, but since it leaves me with crunchy hair spots no matter what I try I cannot use it or recommend it. I am going to dump the bottle out.

Weird Smell
I was very excited to buy this product because I have very long hair and I wanted to prevent it from breaking. I was very disappointed that the product does not mend or prevent split ends, but it has a fishy odor. The smell remained in my hair until I washed it the next day. Overall, I do not recommend this product because it does not do what it claims to.

I have long, naturally curly hair. It easily splits and has breakage. I began using this product about a month ago and my split ends have improved greatly. I enjoy the straight look sometimes and my ends would look horrible. This product has saved my hair. Its healthier than its ever been and YES YES YES, I recommend this product. (Used this product along with the Anti-Breakage Shampoo and Conditioner.)

Awful, awful, awful.
I was excited after seeing this comes from Tresemme and couldn't wait to get home and try it. I was extremely disappointed, however, after I did. It smelled okay but it detangled nicely, but once my hair started to dry, it felt brittle. Like straw, actually. It was hard to the touch and weighed my hair down. Brushing it through made no difference to the terrible texture of my hair. I had to wash it all over again to get it clean. Not a fan of this product at all. Never using it again, nor would I recommend it.

Excellent for fine, wavy, frizzy hair

I've been looking for a product like this for my entire life. I wanted something that styles but doesn't damage, and especially, something that actually makes hair healthier.
My hair is very fine, fragile, prone to split ends and breakage, very wavy, lots of curl. Lots of frizz at mid-length to ends. If I wanted volume, I got a lot more frizz. If I straightened (despite using heat protector spray), the next day it would be a disaster -- split end & breakage galore.
The first time I used this product, I saw a difference. It felt thicker, and my family even commented that it looked healthier. The wave was much more structured, much less frizz.
After a couple days of use, I see less split ends, hair looks healthier. Feels thicker, smoother! I actually use it on dry hair as well, in the morning if I don't have time to take a shower. I also put 24 hour body finishing spray after putting this in. It works beautifully!!! My hair looks fantastic, this is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. Very recommended to others in my position -- fine, fragile, curly/wavy hair.

Fine...

I've been using the Split Serum for about 7-8 months now and love the results, and then I thought I'd purchase the Split Leave-In Conditioner and Split Leave-In Spray. The spray is ok...I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee the smell - the Split End line's smell is absolutely amazing!!! But the product itself: first, I wish it would come out in more of a bigger mist, not a direct squirt, you know?
Second, it's slightly thick and slimy, but actually not too bad. The reason why I gave it only 3 stars is because just don't use it on your roots!! As my hair dries (I spray this in right after I hop out of the shower) it makes my roots feel and look oily :/ Actually, I did also notice a bit more volume added to my hair when I sprayed it on my roots...but it still made it oily.
I do feel like it detangles well. I've only used this twice and have not noticed any less hair shedding or splitting, but we'll see :)
I would say if you're willing to spend $4, buy it (and not spray it on your roots :), but if you REALLY don't need a leave-in spray/detangler, I would suggest save your money.
This is also a fairly large bottle, so you won't have to worry about using this up rather soon :)

I just got this product yesterday and usually what I do is I take a shower, leave my hair in a towel for a bit then what I did is I put the product in my hair, and I have naturally curly hair. So anyways I always tie my hair up so that my hair curls over night, and this morning I took off my hair elastic and well I didn't get the normal curls I usually get.. So this product doesn't really let me ''style'' it the way I want.. So I don't really recommend if you have curly hair.. but the good thing is I do see results on my split ends! Wish my hair could still be curly though!

HIGHLY UPSET
So I bought this recently, mainly for the reason of having a "Leave-In Conditioning" spray in my hair care regimen for extra conditioning for my super naturally curly hair. Sometimes I flat iron my hair straight & that's when I used the spray for the first time. Now this week, I wanted to go back to my curls. So as I'm washing my hair, I noticed a wierd odor coming from my hair. That kind of smell from one of those "do it your self, home perm/relaxer hair kits". As my hair started to air dry, I noticed right away that my hair was not as curly as it normally is. Like it's been chemically straighted out! I looked @ the ingredients in the bottle, & noticed that it had "Hydrolyzed Keratin" in it. I believed that's why the structure of my hair changed. That's the only thing I used different. I thought the purpose of this spray was to fix split ends & detangle, not change the curl pattern of my hair! Not Cool!

Leave-In Condtioning Spray
I love that this product has ACTUALLY reduced my split ends. I have been using the whole Split End Remedy system and have been amazed with the results. My hair is manageable, shinier, healthy looking and almost split end free, which makes it thicker and softer. Love the whole system, love the scent, love the results.
